Put In The Time - May Challenge

This month is all about time - making time to workout, increasing the length of your workouts, etc.
Take an exercise like plank or a v-sit and see how long you can hold it. Then try to increase that time every day or so. See how long you can go!! - OR - Post about your own workouts and how much time you put into them each week/day.
The minutes add up quickly!!
